Tracking your habits is one sure fire way to make sure you build healthy habits that will keep you on track for success. If you are new to tracking habits the hardest part will be staying on track in tracking your habits.

Do yourself a favor and set reminders in your normal weekly or daily spreads. If you aren’t using a bullet journal set a nightly reminder in your phone. You could also go the old fashioned route and leave post it notes on mirrors in the bathroom or on your fridge as a reminder.
